Seasonal rentals means a lot to us, since many of the apartments and villas we propose were initially bought from our agency. In France,  expertise in not compulsory when purchasing, whereas it is most of the time an obligation abroad. We do practice expertise for people willing to be sure of the value of the property before buying.
